If I were a city planner, the first thing I’d do is invest massively in public transportation, scrap buses and trains, and convert the system into a huge network of underground roller coasters. This would serve multiple purposes — it’d travel way faster, only cool people would ride it, no one would bring food or drinks to litter with, and I’d be able to charge any amount I wanted.

Once all the profits started rolling in, I’d replace all walls, ceilings, and floors with durable windows, so that every camera I install would have optimal viewing angles at all times. Last, after my stainless steel wall has completely enveloped the city, I’d open http://www.RealSimCity.com and elope to a tropical island with all the entertainment I’d ever need…
