About

The lazy man’s way to describe no-pause is “The Onion of Video Games”, with a hint of Mad Magazine thrown in there just because.

The drunk man’s way to describe it is: We’re bored with politics, are too cool for science, and are tired of the neverending quest to discover the most efficient way to slack off. So instead of doing any actual work, we decided to play around with games: the players, the companies, the characters, the mags, and the games themselves.

Know that some of our articles are based on real-life events, most of them are completely made-up; but all of them are complete parody. Here at no-pause we throw journalistic integrity flailing from the nearest window and let you, the reader, bear the burden. Why? Because we’re lazy. And so are you. It’s a match made in Burger King.

Category Explanations:
(1) Fake Games: Random, useless games that come from the spottier regions of imagination.
(2) Videos: Randomly interesting, funny, wacky, or whatever videos we find, laugh at, and have 2 cents to spend. Why are we not doing videos right now? Because we already spent all of our money.
(3) News: These stories are based on actual, bonafide, Grade-A 100% “real news”. We cannot verify how true these may be, but we know they were fake when we made them up.
(4) Pro-tips: A cross between Demotivators and a wet slap upside the head, these images are guaranteed not to yield any truth whatsoever.
(5) Thru The Playing Glass: If we threw some games and matter in a particle collider, would the characters sense pain? Would ‘Who Framed Roger Rabbit’ get a sequel? Either way: Believer Beware.

So light one up, relax, and enjoy gaming’s steady fall into the pit of man’s fears from the summit of his knowledge… the signpost up ahead: Your next stop…
